Rest between rounds and score is slowest and fasted rounds added together.

Attention: Regarding the 4th of July Nutrition & Fitness Bonanza! The Nutrition talk will be this Thursday at 6:30 p.m. and it starts on Friday, June 5th until Friday, July 3rd! It will be a Paleo Challenge only. Julia will be at the Box on Wednesday at 6:30 p.m. to take “Before” pictures and measurements as well as on Thursday after the talk. If you have questions but have done the Challenge before, please just come to the talk again for a refresher to ensure you get the best results! The buy-in is $20. Also, there will only be 1 Category but there will be 5 spots for 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th place. The final winners will be chosen by the Coaches based on “Before” and “After” pictures, measurements, weight loss, and log compliance.
