400 meter team run with kettle bell,

20 Ring push-ups,
20 Russian kettle bell swings 70/53,
400 meter team run with kettle bell,

10 Ring push-ups,
10 Russian kettle bell swings 70/53,
400 meter team run with kettle bell.
