Max rounds in 3 minutes of:
135/95 pound Power cleans, 3 reps,
6 Push-ups,
9 Squats,
Rest 1 minute. Repeat for a total of 5 cycles.

Attention:
We will be doing the CrossFit Open Wod’s Friday nights at 5:30 & 6:30 pm for the next 5 weeks. There will be no regular class at these times as those Wod times will be used for people who signed up for the Open to throw down and get judged so they can submit their scores! We encourage everyone who is interested in signing up to do so asap as the first Open Wod is released this Thursday. If you are not interested in signing up for the Open but want to support – we strongly encourage you to come by and cheer on all your fellow members and see what the Open is all about!! Also, this is a great chance to bring friends or family members to come cheer as well and check out CF Helo! Friday nights are really fun during this time and the Open athletes really do well with your support, so come out and enjoy the competition!
We will also be starting mobility WOD Mondays. We do mobility work in the classes but have only scratched the surface on all the different strategies and tools to use. So each Monday we will post a mobility WOD video that can give you some other options to help with pain, soreness or just increase range of motion. Everyone has movement issues = Everyone NEEDS mobility.
