Today we will be running the CrossFit Games Open WOD all day! So get your butt in here and give it a go! The 5:30 & 6:30 classes tonight will be for athletes that have signed up for the open. We will not be having two separate classes. Instead we will be running heats of people during the two hour block. You will have plenty of time to warm up and if the movements are technical for you make sure you arrive early enough for some skill work. Finally, for the athletes that are competing, we are bringing in photographer Erin Handley to come and take photographs of you while competing. Afterwards we will be providing her information so you will be able to buy any pictures you like from her directly! Tomorrow will be awesome!!
