This week will conclude the last workout of the CrossFit Open. We want to keep the good times rolling for the final Wod so we will be having a BBQ Friday night during the Open workout at that 5:30 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. time. Come cheer the athletes competing in 14.5 on!! Also, this Saturday at 10 a.m. we will be having Yoga instructor Randi Ware back! It is free for our members so come try it out. If you have any friends or family who would like to come they are welcome and just need to pay the $10 drop in fee. Yoga is the perfect way to loosen up after the Friday night’s Open Wod. Don’t worry though as we will have a Wod at 9 a.m. still for those of you who still want to get a Wod in!
