If you can’t make it to the 15 minute mark then the Wod should be a 15 minute AMRAP.
Attention: The Running Clinic will be proceeding this Saturday, May 10th, and the following Saturday. The Clinic will be taking the place of both Saturday morning classes and will be starting at 9 a.m. It’s free to members so come and sign up on the board. Also, you need to be able to commit to both as they are a progression so if you can’t make the two sessions, please erase your name. Second, we will be having Utah’s Mobile Bod Pod coming on the evening of May 12 as part of our Nutrition/Fitness Challenge, the exact start date is still being decided but you can bet it will be starting early next week and we will be having an accompanying talk going over the rules and eating plan!
