Week one of the challenge is in the books! Great Job everyone! Please make it easy on your coaches and try to ensure your writing is legible, include a point increment by every section not just at the end of each day, and do not forget you need in each meal: 1 fat, 1 carb, and 1 protein. We don’t care about the portion sizes but really make sure you don’t forget your fats (bacon is counting as a protein) in particular (or to write it down that you cooked using coconut oil, or you put coconut milk in your coffee). Finally, logs are due each Saturday by noon – if it’s late you don’t get that point. Keep up the great work!!
