Attention:  First – Members doing the Challenge – hang in there as you are into the home stretch with only 11 more days!! On Friday evening, June 13th, we will be having the Bod Pod back to do the follow-test, so bring your first test with you! Julia will be there doing measurements as well.  All members must turn in their log by Saturday, June 14th, and have done their final measurements, as well as e-mail their “before” photos and have  shown us the two Bod Pod tests if you did them to be considered for the 2 Challenge Winners in the beach body and weight loss groups!  Second – a big shout out to Kim Wendelboth for putting together an amazing race on Saturday with the Legacy River Run and a Hi-5 to those that came out and did it – you get 3 points for it!  Finally, it was awesome seeing everyone at Regionals this weekend it was a lot of fun and Kyle and Mike both won the Spectator Wods on Friday and Saturday so good job to them for representing CrossFit Helo!
