100 Russian Kettlebell Swings 70/53,
100 GHD Sit-ups,
100 Wall Balls 30/20,
100 Burpees.
Partners will work for 30 seconds then
switch. With one partner working at a time.
30 Seconds work, 30 seconds rest.
18 Minute cap.
Attention: First, Julia will be at the box doing measurements and photos before and after the 5:30 p.m. for the Challenge that starts on Tuesday. Second, on Friday, there will be a limited schedule – there will only be a 5 a.m. and 6 a.m. wod as well as the 4:30 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. wods. On Saturday, there will be a 7 a.m. wod and the 8 a.m. powerlifting class and that’s it. There will be no open gym on Sunday.
