Attention:
Our Nutrition/Fitness Challenge is coming up!! We will be starting Jan. 7 and there will be money and prizes up for grabs! To enter there will be certain steps to complete, including 3 WODS that must be done the week before. More details to come but the nutrition part will be held on Friday, Jan. 4 at 6:30 pm! Plan to have fun and make some big changes!!
The classes for the Holiday schedule will be as follows: Monday the 23rd: 6 am, 9 am, 4:30 pm and 5:30 pm; Tuesday the 24th: 6 am and special class time 1 pm; Wednesday the 25th: Closed – MERRY CHRISTMAS! Thursday the 26th: 9 am, 4:30 pm, and 5:30 pm, Friday the 27th, normal schedule.
Please remember to keep it up with signing up and keeping the gym clean. With the weather we appreciate if you dry your shoes and/or bring an alternative pair. Preston will take good care of you this week. Hope you have a great holiday and we will see you guys on Friday!
