Partner A:
Run 400 M
Partner B:
AMRAP:
10 Push Press 115/80
10 Burpees over Bar
20 Russian Twists 20/14.
20 Minute Time Cap.
*Partner B works for as long as it takes Partner A to run 400 m. Once the runner returns, they switch roles. Keep track of your own total rounds/reps of the AMRAP. Partner with the most reps at the end of the workout wins.
