7 Minute AMRAP:
3 Thrusters,
3 Chest to bar pull-ups,
6 Thrusters,
6 Chest to bar pull-ups,
9 Thrusters,
9 Chest to bar pull-ups,
Weights for the Thrusters are 100/65. Each round the athlete will add three reps to the two movements and continue for 7 minutes
Attention: Remember that Fitness Elevated is this weekend on Friday and Saturday so get out there and cheer – it’s at the South Jordan Equestrian Center!! Fridays heat times start at 5pm for all the men. Also, Congratulations to Manny and Randi with their new baby Emmanuel John coming in at 7 lbs 3 oz!!!
