Attention: We will be having a 6:30 pm Wod on Friday again if anyone wants to sign-up! Also parents, please sign your kids up for the Kids CrossFit classes. We want to get that sign-up feature up and running, make sure if you haven’t set up the e-mail account for your kids you do so (when they got a welcome e-mail you need to set it up with your e-mail and password).
