Attention:  Last day of the Challenge!! Remember to get your logs in to your coaches by midnight! Your last point is for your dinner.  Coaches need to get point totals for logs to us by the afternoon on Saturday so it is critical that you be on time! Julia will be doing measurements and photos from 6:30 p.m. on and on Saturday during the 9 a.m. and 10 a.m. wods.  If you like your before/after pics or think you are in the top for either category, please send them to us by Sunday at the latest! Finally, if you are feeling good – please remember this feeling and either keep going or have your treat and then get back to it.  These changes have been hard earned and you don’t want to undo all your great efforts!
