3 Rounds for time:
400 Meter run,
20 Knees to elbow,
15 Deadlifts  225/155.

Attention: We had the beginning of the weigh-ins today and saw some great numbers and transformations for the challenge!!!!  Don’t forget to turn in your final logs by Saturday at noon!  Soo exciting as everyone so far has lost weight and inches and the before/after pics are awesome! Can’t wait to have the people’s vote on these.  Also, thank you to everyone who came out to hear some additional options to help in transitioning back into the “normal” world after the challenge!!
