Attention: The Open starts next Friday, get signed up! Also, there are 2 events we would like to mention. First is the DayBreak Triathlon.  It’s going down June 24!  We have a group of people doing it and it would be fun to get some more.  If you can’t do the entire triathlon, then find 2 friends and split the legs up as a team!  The other event is the Mountain Meltdown!  It’s a great event that takes place in Park City and it is taking place on May 13! It’s a mix of a mountain run and a CrossFit event and there are teams and it is definitely scaleable.
