9 Minute AMRAP:
15 Toes to bar,
10 Deadlifts 115/75,
5 Snatches 115/75.
Attention: We will not be having any 4:30 p.m., 5:30 p.m., or 6:30 classes as those time slots will be for those competitors who signed up for the CrossFit Open, who will be doing 15.1 and 15.A, and who need to be judged. Anyone who can’t make those times, please, please, please send Alecio a text tonight and we will get it worked out. If you can’t make Friday, we still have Saturday, Sunday, and Monday before 5 p.m. to get it sorted out. Also, given that this is a fairly complex Wod to run, we ask that you be patient tomorrow and have fun. Further, feel free to bring family, friends, and beverages to come cheer everyone on – it’s a very special time to watch your fellow members compete!!
Also, we wanted to congratulate Kyle tonight because even though he’s going in for surgery tomorrow on his knee, he was able to complete 5 rounds and 22 reps, and a 230 pound Clean & Jerk (and it was a power clean no less! because he can’t squat) – great job Kyle and we hope everything goes smoothly tomorrow.
Finally, we are going to try to have the scaled and women’s heats going first and they will be running back to back, we will then move into the men’s thereafter. Ladies if you can’t be there at 4:30 p.m. or close thereto, please let Alecio know via a text tonight so we can fit you in accordingly. It’s not a problem we just want things to run smoothly!!
