14 Minute Amrap:
7 Muscle-ups,
50 Wall balls 20/14, 10’/9′,
100 Double-unders.

Attention:  So, everyone take a big breathe because here’s the plan! For those of you that don’t have muscle-ups, tomorrow night you will come in and do it scaled to get in a score of some type (and earn your French Toast).  You should still lay it down and work your booty off. After the Wods on Saturday, we will have an “Open” time starting at 11:00 a.m., where you can come in and we will happily work on progressions, etc. and you can see if you can get a muscle-up to enter a score in the RX division at that time.   We actually strongly encourage some of you to do this who are close to getting their muscle-ups because the box clearly wants to get as many RX scores as possible for the team score and we want to give you the best shot at getting it because all you need is one!! The athletes competing tomorrow are going to need the support so come cheer!!
