Attention: On June 25, 2016, CrossFit 1976 is having a Throwdown – it’s an Individual Competition with a Male & Female RX, Scaled & Teen Division. It’s their 2nd year and last year they needed more females. Also, in the RX there will be no handstand push-ups or muscle-ups. It’s where Donette is at and we would like to have a group heading out to compete, it should be fun!
