Back squats:
1-10-1-20-1-30.
After the squats, 1 min max cals on bike.
All sets should be heavy and the 1 rep
should be a max lift for the day. All warm-up
reps should be done before starting the series
which begins with the heavy 1 rep.
Attention: First, we are getting a fancy dancy big bus to transport everyone, athletes and family, for the Park City Mountain Meltdown on Saturday! Our Helo individuals are going at 12:50 p.m. and the Helo team is going at 1:20 p.m.! The bus will be leaving CrossFit Helo at 11:00 a.m. and it holds 50-60 people! It’s $5 a person and given the parking headaches and shuttle from last year that some of you may remember this should be a stress-free and fun way to travel in style:) There will be a 9:00 a.m. Wod on Saturday but no 10:00 a.m. Wod! We hope everyone will come cheer on your fellow athletes! Second, Alecio and Stef are going up to help set up after the noon class. They will be back by no later than 6 p.m., so if anyone wants to go with, text Alecio!
