Teams of 3-5:
Station 1
10 Minute AMRAP:
Assault bike for Calories,
2 Minute break.
Station 2
10 Minute AMRAP:
Sled push 75 feet=1 rep 3/2 plates,
2 Minute break.
Station 3
10 Minute AMRAP:
50 Meter sprints 50 meters=1 rep.
Work can be broken up however each Team wants to.

Attention:  First, news flash on the BBQ this Saturday – we will have the Utah v. Oregon game on for you football fanatics:) Food, dancing, and fun for the kids to – Remember to put your names on the Board and we will see you at 4:00 p.m.!!
