Further, for you Yoga lovers, on Nov. 8th we will be having Randi Ware come in again to teach Yoga at the 10 a.m. slot although the 9:00 a.m Wod will still proceed as normal. It’s free to all members so come get your bendiness on, or do the 9:00 a.m. and then hang around for a great cool down.
Today’s mobility Wod video is Kelly speaking to a group where he is tasked to inform the group on why sitting and texting in a bad position can be so costly on our bodies and what we can do to fix it. Alecio found this interesting because it also assists and allows us to help fix our children’s posture as they are who will most likely be affected by these terrible positions.
