15 minute AMRAP:
5 ring pull-ups,
10 weighted ab mat sit-ups 20/14lb,
15 weighted step ups 20/14lb.

Bacon Wrapped Sweet Potatoes or Yams:
Pre-heat Oven to 400 Degrees
Place piece of tinfoil over baking sheet
Peel sweet potatoes or Yams and cut into finger length strips
Cut bacon (no nitrates if possible) in half and wrap around strips. Secure with toothpick
Bake for 25 mins or until crisp.
