With a continuously running clock, complete 5 Thrusters every minute.
0-5 Minutes 5 reps @ 75/45,
5-10 Minutes 5 reps @ 95/65,
10-15 Minutes 5 reps @ 115/85,
Continue adding 20 lbs for as long as possible. (main site)

Attention:  First, there will be a modified schedule for the week (except for CF Kids classes).  Monday and Tuesday will be normal schedule.  Wednesday (Christmas Eve) will be 6:00 a.m. and 1 p.m.; Thursday (Christmas Day) Closed.  Friday will be 9:00 a.m., 12:00 p.m., and 4:30 p.m.  Saturday returns to normal schedule.  Second, as mentioned above, CrossFit Kids classes will proceed as normal on Monday and Friday!
