Attention: We are past the halfway point of the Challenge and you guys are doing great!! The biggest results come in the 4th week to the end so hang in there!!! Also, truly try not to weigh yourself or do anything that will discourage you. This is a process and an opportunity to see how you feel from eating in a different way, if you only focus on the physical, you will miss the emotional and mental rewards in the interim. Try to think of those things to because you should be proud that you have made it this far!! Keep up the great work, we are almost at the end of January and then February is the final home stretch!
