10 Minute AMRAP:
10 Front rack lunges 135/95,
20  Kettlebell swings 53/35.

Attention:  First, regarding the Paleo Nutrition/Fitness Challenge that starts on Jan. 11th, the talk will be on Wednesday at 7:30 p.m.  It is mandatory if you have not done a Challenge at Helo before.  If you have done it before but are hazy on the details, please come to get the handout/log etc.  Julia will be doing measurements and photos thereafter, as well as on Thursday/Friday at the 6:30 p.m. Wods, and on Saturday morning.  If you are participating you must: 1. Write your name on the board; 2. Pay your $20; and 3. Get your measurements/photos done at Helo by Jan. 11th. Second, with Coach Kris having her baby, parents please welcome Coach Jess as she will be covering all CrossFit Kids’ classes for the next month until Coach Kris returns 🙂
