1. The “Smallest Winner” Health Challenge starts tomorrow! Remember to pay your $20 and get in the two WODs with the pics/measurements so you can participate. Also, if you missed the session on Friday night, you must talk with one of the coaches in addition to reviewing the handout before you will be deemed a participant – there is a big pot up for grabs and we want everyone clear on the rules.
