Attention: In case you missed our announcement earlier in the week, the CrossFit Open Competition is coming up starting on Thursday, with 16.1 being announced. We will be holding the Wod every Friday, scaled, RX, and Masters, all day. Although after 4:30 p.m., we will be running it in heats with judges and welcoming friends and family members to come in and cheer! We are encouraging all of our athletes to sign up!
