Attention: First, Ben is going over the Bar Muscle-Up at the Tuesday 7:30 p.m. class. Second, Alecio is doing a Macro talk at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday for anyone who is interested (no 6:30 p.m. wod), and then third, Friday is the last day for logs and the Challenge!! Whohoo! Turn in your logs by Saturday at 12 p.m., and also get your measurements and pics done by Julia either on Friday night at 6:30 p.m. or Saturday!
