10 Knees to elbows,
10 Box jumps 24/20,
10 Kettlebell swings 53/35.
Attention: On Tuesday Night at 7:30 p.m., the Olympic Weightlifting class will be starting up again. $10 gets you 4 classes and they don’t need to be consecutive. Also regarding supplements and water – if you took either over the last week or two if you can address it with Alecio if you have not gotten a receipt as it likely has not been entered.
