Couple announcements: First, congratulations to Parker who competed in a local competition this past weekend and place 5th overall in the Intermediate Male category of the Festivus games! Second, we would like to do our first running clinic of the spring/summer in May! We are thinking the 10th and 17th. The Clinc is both weekends and takes about 1:45 min. If you are thinking of signing up, we ask that you attend both weekends. Third, we will also be having Yoga this weekend with Randi Ware, on April 26th at 10 am! So only one Wod then this Saturday at 9 am. It’s also Mobility WOD Monday! Tight hips when you squat? Spend some time with a band and get some work done.
