For time:
20 Over head squats 135/95,
40 Dead lifts 205/135,
60 Wall-balls 20/14.

Attention: Tomorrow evening the Bod Pod will be here so remember if you are getting tested – you can’t eat or workout for 2 hours before. Also, wear snug fitting bike shorts or spandex if you are a guy and either a sports bra/shorts or fitted swimwear if you are a girl. Remember you can pay them directly via cash, check or card. Second, if you did not attend the challenge talk, please pick up a handout and a log sheet (there are some rule changes from the first challenge so please pay attention to them and talk to a coach if you have questions). The buy-in is $10 so please submit that by Tuesday. You will each be assigned a coach sometime this week as well. Regardless of whether you are doing the Bod Pod, you still need to get your measurements done tomorrow with your “Before” pictures. Julia will be there at 5:50ish p.m. and be around the rest of the evening helping everyone get that stuff done. If you can’t make it then, you still need to get your measurements done at the box by one of the coaches (at home will not work).
