In memory of Navy Lieutenant Michael Murphy, 29, who was killed in Afghanistan on June 28th, 2005.
This workout was one of Mike’s favorites and he’d named it ‘Body Armor.’ Today we honor a focused warrior and great American who wanted nothing more in life than to serve this great country and the beautiful people who make it what it is.
Attention: There will only be two Wods tomorrow for Murph (at 8:45 a.m. and 10 a.m.) and in honor of Memorial Day. Hopefully, you have already signed up on-line! The BBQ will follow around 11:30 a.m. ish:) Also, please feel free to bring your lawn chairs, folding tables, or pop up tents and spike balls and we look forward to having a great time!
