WOD

 20 Minutes:
Run 1 mile then with remaining time.
AMRAP of,
5 Pull-ups,
10 Push ups,
15 Air squats.
Hectors B-day Wod.

Attention:  On Saturday and Sunday, please note that there will be no Wods and the Box will be closed as we have 2 teams of 16 athletes plus 2 volunteers at Zions doing the Ragnar trail race over the weekend and then we also have 35  athletes doing the Park City CrossFit Mountain Meltdown on Saturday and we are encouraging all of our Helo members to go watch and cheer them on! There may be some open spots on the charter bus that is going up so stay tuned to the Community FB page!
