WOD

Overhead squat:
5-5-3-2-1-1.
Then,
75 Overhead squats for time 75/55.
Every time you drop the bar – 30 double-unders.

Attention: First, we are still waiting for some pictures from some of the finalists so we hope to have two winners announced in tomorrow night’s post on Monday as well as the winning team and the total amount of pounds and inches lost overall!  It was soo difficult as everyone did an awesome and we had to narrow it down to the top 6 in each category where only an inch or two, a few pounds, or just slightly better bod pod/logs,  determined those groups.  Second, we are thinking of having an Olympic lifting coach come to the gym Tuesday night (June 24th) for two hours from 6:30 to 8:30 pm!  He will go over the Snatch and the Clean and Jerk.  It will cost $10 dollars a person and spots are limited so get your name on the board if you are interested.
