Attention: In honor of making CrossFit’s Mainsite photo this last Friday – We are going to do 1 week of Mainsite Wods! This Saturday, July 18th, the Wod will be up at Blackridge Reservoir. We will only have 1 Wod which will start at 9:00 a.m. There will be a BBQ/hanging out afterwards. Family and friends invited to come watch or partake in the BBQ. There will be water but you don’t have to know how to swim to do the Wod. We will have a sign up on the board and please write your name so we have an idea of how many people will be coming.
