Attention: If you are interested in partaking in Julia’s “Road to Retro Games (as a spectator or competitor) Health/Fitness Plan” she will be at the box tomorrow at 6:30 p.m. to do a brief 20 minute talk and then take “before” pics and measurements, as well as hand out the log, information/rules, and answer questions. It will start on Tuesday, August 12th and go through Wednesday, September 24th. At which time the “after” pics and measurements will be taken. This is not a formal Challenge, there is no buy-in and while there will be top persons listed, there are no prizes and this is entirely for self-satisfaction. Julia has volunteered to have people turn in their logs to her on Saturday by 12 p.m. because she is personally doing this and members have asked about it. If you want to participate but can’t be there tomorrow night, e-mail Julia at julia@crossfithelo.com. If you are not quite ready for this yet, we will be having our next official Challenge in January with prizes and would love for you to participate then.
