Teams of 2:
13 Minute AMRAP:
Front rack reverse lunge 95/65,
Power snatch 95/65.
Reps 1-2-3-4-5-6-7…
Partner 1 performs 1 reverse lunge on each leg and one
snatch. Then partner 2 does the same. Then Partner 1
does 2 reps of both movements. This is Nate & Stacy’s 13 year Anniversary WOD so thank Stacy when you have a pain in your derriere on Tuesday!!
