Attention: Congratulations to Jessica May who ran her first half marathon successfully today and to Kim Wilson who did another triathlon as well! It makes us happy seeing you guys and gals out there using your fitness (and is in line with Coach Kyle’s article last week!) If you send us pics we will keep posting them! This Wednesday is CrossFit Helo’s Co-Ed Softball team’s first game in West Valley so come out and cheer them on if you are bored its at 9:00 p.m.! Finally, we are also looking at doing our water wod at Black Ridge Reservoir in Herriman in the next few weeks so stay tuned!
