Death by 10 meters and 6 toes to bar.
First minute the athlete will perform 1 10 meter sprints and 6 toes to bar.
Second minute the athlete will perform 2 10 meter sprints and 6 toes to bar.
This will continue until the athlete does not get the required work done in the minute.
Attention: Sorry for the late post. Remember, this upcoming weekend we are doing our 1 year Anniversary! The BBQ will be at 5 p.m. on Saturday and the Wod will be at 4 p.m. That will be the only Wod (no morning Wods). There will be a sign up on the board for what people want to bring (we will be providing hamburger patties/hotdogs) if you want anything special, feel free to bring it and we will grill it up!
