0 to 10 Minutes 1 mile run and max clean & jerks 135/95,
10-13 Minutes rest,
13 to 20 Minutes 800 meter run and max snatches 115/80,
20 to 23 Minutes rest,
23 to 27 Minutes run 400 meters and max thrusters 95/65.
DRESS WARM!
Attention: Christmas Party starts at 4:30 p.m. with White Elephant Bingo starting at 5:30 p.m.! Preston will be doing squats at the 8 a.m. class! Further, there is a correction as to Sunday – there is no open gym at 10 a.m. but clean-up will likely be happening around 9 a.m. in the morning so if you want to come help clean – you can then do a wod after as the reward but it must be finished by 10:30 a.m. (please do not come at 9:55 a.m. and then just warm up to do a wod) Thanks and we can’t wait for the fun to begin!
