9:00 a.m. Wod
For load:
150 Sled push,
150 Overhead bar carry,
Ground to shoulder atlas stone.
Partners will spend 6 minutes on each movement with a 1 minute break between
the movements. Teams can pick the weight they want to use for the movements
and their final score will be total load moved for all the movements combined.
Make sure you wear a hoodie or long sleeved shirt that you don’t mind getting a bit dirty for the stones!
10:00 a.m. Easter Egg Wod/Hunt
This will be for fun with a small Wod component and is open to all adults and children (a child cannot do it on their own so parents please be prepared to laugh and play with them:). There will also be some fun relays and games as part of the warm-up:)
