3 Minute clock,
Row for calories 30/22,
As many reps as possible of shoulder to overhead @115/75.
Rest 2 minutes between rounds.

Attention: There is only a 9 a.m. Wod! Further, if you are going on the bus up to Park City CrossFit Mountain Meltdown – please be there at the box between 10:30 and 10:45 a.m. because we are leaving at 11:00 a.m. sharp to ensure our athletes are there on time to compete!! If you are not there we will have to leave without you:) $5 per person ($15 per family) – athletes, family and spectators are welcome!!!
