Attention: We are heading into the final week of the Nutrition Challenge! Stay strong and don’t lose valuable points the last weekend! Remember logs are due in to your coaches by Saturday at 12 pm tomorrow. Also, we will be running two different Wods on Saturday mornings for a little bit. The 10 am Wod will be longer then our normal Wods. Great choice for people getting ready for any Endurance events or anyone who just wants to go a bit longer in a workout! The 9 am Wod will still be difficult – just shorter in length. Finally, on Saturday, June 14th, there will be a professional photographer there at 11 am taking some group pictures for 30 mins as we will be updating our brochures, etc. We would love to have members hang around after the 10 am wod or come in then (although it will not be a Wod), perhaps even to document how you look after the Challenge!!
