Attention: Remember at 4 p.m. is our 4th Year Anniversary BBQ at Helo – come enjoy some food and fun – we will also be going over the nominations for the 6 month free membership and announcing the winner! There will be a Powerlifting Class with Preston at 8 a.m. (as he will be teaching the deadlift) and normal wods thereafter! Finally, there will be no 10 a.m. Open Gym on Sunday as we likely won’t be cleaned up from the BBQ by then!
