Attention: First, no Powerlifting class this Saturday at 8:00 a.m.  Second, as a fun incentive for those of you doing the Challenge (or working with Alecio presently), we will have a photographer, Somer Ahonen, at the box at 11:00 a.m. on February 10th for an hour after our second morning Wod, where each of you will be able to run through a couple of movements (i.e. a heavy kettlebell, pull-up or rope climb, etc.) in a few minutes (have a mini photoshoot), where you will be able to view them and work with her if you like the images, to document your hard work! We are hoping the Coaches doing the Challenge will be able to partake to in the fun! This will not replace your final “after” photos that need to be completed by the 13th or last day of the Challenge, but you could certainly use them if you wanted as an additional picture for consideration by the Judges:)
