EMOM for 16 Minutes:
Odd minute skill #1,
Even minute skill #2.
Athletes will pick two movements or skills
they would like to work on. Then pick a reasonable
number of reps to perform each minute. An example
would be skill #1 – 20 double-unders, skill #2 – 5 Handstand
push-ups. Coaches can always help if you’re not sure
what to work on.
Attention: First, Jordan, Jose, and Joel will be doing 17.2 after the announcement at 6 p.m. so if you want to see some guys throwdown or need to do it yourself – come on by! Second, Tiff is having a Helo party at her house this Saturday night and details are on the board if you don’t have FB!
