800 M Run then max reps air squats in remaining time,
4 Minute rest.
4 Minutes to complete:
800 M Run then max reps med ball clean 20/14 in remaining time,
4 Minute rest.
800 M Run then max reps wall balls 20/14 in remaining time.
Score is total reps. If 4 minutes doesn’t
leave you enough time to do the movements shorten the run (i.e. 600 or 400 M Run).
