12 Minute AMRAP:
10 Handstand push-ups,
12 Knees to elbow,
14 Sumo dead-lift high-pull 75/55.
Attention: First, Ben will be teaching the jerk in the Oly Class. Second, we are going to participate in the CrossFit liftoff! It consists of two max-effort lifts which are a 1 rep max snatch and a clean and jerk. CrossFit will also be releasing a wod that needs to be done as well. The wods can be done between Thursday the 5th and Monday the 9th. We will either be setting aside two 6:30 p.m. evening wods (thurs/fri) or just friday night, to do the workouts and lifts for anyone who signs up for the event.
