Attention: First, the Olympic Lifting Class is doing the Jerk. Second, this Saturday, October 10th – Ladies bring your female friends/family members for our first Wod & Wine & Warm Hot Chocolate & Water Event! Starting from 3:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., we will have a Lululemon representative (who is also a CrossFit Box Owner) at Helo doing a trunk show where you can try on/buy some of the latest trends! Attend the trunk show to be entered into the raffle for a free Lululemon pant, shirt, or sports bra courtesy of Helo! Second, be there at 4:45 p.m. for a group warmup and the Wod starting at 5 p.m.! There will be additional prizes during the Wod plus a lot of laughs as well so you will want to come and finally, from 6:30 p.m. ish on – enjoy sipping on some beverages and paleo treats while Amanda Barelli pampers us with an Ever Skincare demonstration and face goodness.
